We’re hiring a podcast producer!
The Queer Society is seeking an experienced podcast producer for our new series Am I the Only One? — a storytelling podcast centering queer voices from South Australia.

This paid role is perfect for someone with a strong background in podcasting who’s passionate about creating high-quality, meaningful content. You’ll work closely with our team to produce audio content that highlights lived experiences from across the state.

🔍 We’re looking for someone who can:

• Plan, produce, and deliver podcast episodes featuring interviews with people from the LGBTQIA+ community

• Undertake travel to regional areas to source interview material in person

• Develop interview concepts, themes, and question guides

• Liaise with participants and conduct interviews in a respectful, trauma-informed, and culturally safe manner

• Record high-quality audio of interviews
