Want to lead an amazing crew of LGBT volunteers?
We’re looking for a warm, organised, and people-loving legend to be the Volunteer Coordinator for our two LGBTQIA+ youth groups. You’ll be the glue that holds our volunteer dream team together - onboarding, supporting, and cheering them on as they help create safe, joyful spaces for young people to connect and be themselves.

What you’ll be doing:

🌈Working with a team of young people to create a meaninful resource and event
🌈 Create a zine that detials the stories of young LGBTIQ South Australians
🌈
🌈 Checking in regularly, offering feedback, and being a go-to for any questions or concerns
🌈 Helping to shape a positive, inclusive volunteer culture where everyone feels like they belong

What we’re looking for:

✨ A solid understanding of LGBTQIA+ youth

✨ Great communication and organisational skills (you’re the kind of person who loves a to-do list)

✨ Experience working with or leading volunteers (or just a natural knack for people wrangling)

✨ Working with Children’s Check

✨ Child Safe Environment’s
