Meg Ryan
She/Her
My name’s Meg, I’m the treasurer. Mostly because of my deep, unrequited lust for spreadsheets and accounting. You’ll probably find me knee deep in a video game or raving about some esoteric point of philosophy. I’ve got bachelors in law and philosophy, a master of social work and a HECS debt that would make a grown man cry.

Aurora Warden
She/her
Hi! I’m Aurora. I love going for walks in nature, playing Pokemon or chilling out with my rabbit. In high school I helped to run the rainbow club and create a pride mural. I joined the queer society because I would like to help to make a positive difference in the community.
Georgia Davies
She/her
My names is Georgia. I am a mental health-accredited social worker. After realising in more recent parts of my life that I am queer, I’ve been eager to get amongst and give back more to the community. If you’re finding me outside of work, you’re probably finding me reading all the queer stories in fiction novels and snuggling my two darling cherubic cats!

He/him
Hi, I’m one of the new Youth Project Managers for The Queer Society. I am a local early career teacher, living with my husband and two dogs who love long walks by the beach. I am very excited to be part of the organisation and help coordinate the youth groups currently running in the Marion and Holdfast bay council areas.
As a teacher and with some past experience working as a mentor, I love to provide safe and supportive environments for people to grow and develop skills, as well as be the person they want to be! In addition, it is great to do some of the things I personally love, such as playing Dungeons and Dragons.
So far it has been so great to meet new members and add to our growing community. I look forward to creating new memories, developing skills and having fun organising these youth groups and other Queer Society events in the future.

Hey there! I’m one of Your new Project Officer and Volunteer Coordinator. I'm a support worker for an LGBTQIA+ organisation and based in the Adelaide Hills, originally from England.
I'm quite new to the Queer Society but really excited to be on board and keen to meet and engage with the community! I am both a member of the community and have experience working with LGBTQIA+ folks as a support worker, through volunteering with Bfriend, and in corporate spaces, and am looking forward to helping the Queer Society grow.
I enjoy time in nature, travel, and love engaging with Adelaide's rich arts and cultural scene. There's always something happening and I'm inspired by the creativity and compassion of the people here
